The annual global conference on Indian Business, Policy, and Culture is a student-driven platform that explores the rich diversity of India, spotlighting the country’s rise as a major global force.

For over 22 years, Harvard students across schools have united to host experts from fields such as business, economics, education, and culture, offering attendees a well-rounded perspective on India’s present landscape and future potential.

Conference Theme

In a world marked by rapid technological, economic and geopolitical shifts, India’s role on the international stage has never been more significant. Our theme this year, celebrates India’s journey as a global contributor and explores how Indian innovations, ideas and voices are shaping pathways for shared peace and prosperity worldwide.

The India Conference will bring together visionary leaders and prominent voices to discuss India’s distinctive perspectives on critical issues that affect the world: technology, climate action, economic growth, democracy, diplomacy, cultural exchange, and more. Through these conversations, we aim to highlight the unique learnings from India’s journey that resonate far beyond its borders.

Bring your Ideas for Impact

The Policy Hackathon challenges data enthusiasts, policy experts and innovators to develop evidence-based solutions for climate risk and sustainability issues in India. Winning teams will present their solutions to government officials and receive mentorship from Harvard and ISB experts, with cash prizes of over $10,000 available for top solutions.

Calling Innovators on Stage

The Pitch Competition celebrates Indian entrepreneurship and innovation, offering founders a chance to showcase their ventures.
